At Toyworld, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned apparel must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
